Getting Paid: Setting Up Your Wallet

When you sell a clip on LF_Clips, your earnings are paid out in USDC — a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar — on the Solana network. To receive payouts, you need a Solana wallet.

Step 1: Choose a Wallet

We recommend either Phantom or Solflare. Both are free, easy to set up, and support USDC on Solana.

• Phantom — Available as a browser extension and mobile app. Great for beginners. Download at phantom.com.
• Solflare — Also available as extension and mobile. Offers more advanced features. Download at solflare.com.

Step 2: Create Your Wallet

Once you install the app or extension, follow the setup flow to create a new wallet. You'll be given a recovery phrase — write it down and store it somewhere safe. This is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose access.

Step 3: Copy Your Wallet Address

Your wallet address is a long string of letters and numbers (e.g. 7xKXtg2CW87d97TXJSDpbD5jBkheTqA83TZRuJosgAsU). Copy it from your wallet app.

Step 4: Add It to Your LF_Clips Profile

Go to your Dashboard, click Edit, and paste your Solana wallet address into the Wallet Address field. Save it. That's it — when a payout is processed, USDC will be sent directly to that address.

You sell a clip, we send USDC to your wallet. You can hold it, swap it, or cash it out on any exchange that supports Solana.
