By accessing or using LF_Clips (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
LF_Clips is a marketplace that connects video editors (“Clippers”) with content creators (“Buyers”). Clippers upload edited video content for sale. Buyers browse, purchase, and download clips for use on their channels and platforms. The Platform facilitates transactions between Clippers and Buyers but is not a party to the content itself.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
Clippers may upload video content, set prices, and receive earnings from sales. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to distribute it and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Buyers may browse clips, make purchases, post requests for clips, and download purchased content. By purchasing a clip, you receive a license to use the content as described in Section 6.
All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are set by Clippers in USD with a minimum of $1.00. The Platform charges a service fee on each transaction.
Payouts to Clippers are made in USDC on the Solana network to the wallet address provided in your profile. Payout timing and frequency are at the discretion of the Platform. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
When a Buyer purchases a clip, they receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish the clip on their own channels and platforms. This license is for the Buyer's personal or commercial use only and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as a standalone product.
Clippers retain ownership of their original work and may sell the same clip to multiple Buyers.
You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that: is illegal or promotes illegal activity; infringes on intellectual property rights; contains hate speech, harassment, or threats; contains sexually explicit material involving minors; contains malware or harmful code; or misrepresents the origin or ownership of the content. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Clippers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload and sell content on the Platform. The Platform does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, please contact us to file a takedown request.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any content listed on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LF_Clips and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending payouts may be withheld if termination is due to a terms violation.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
